The rates indicated above include hot and cold water, electricity, gas, ADSL internet, satellite TV, sheets and towels (changed weekly), private parking and the availability of bikes (by the day).
ADDITIONAL COSTS:
- Cleaning on departure = € 60

Band A accommodation = € 8 per day.
Band B/C accommodation = € per day.
CONDITIONS:
The booking is deemed to be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit amounting to 30% of the total cost. The deposit must be paid by bank transfer.
From € 100 to € 140
Bookings can be taken for overnight stays and weekends during the low season, but if you intend to stay with us during the high season, please confirm availability with us in the days immediately before your intended arrival. Bookings are deemed to have been confirmed upon payment of the entire amount by bank transfer.
PAYMENT METHODS:
On arrival, guests can pay the balance in cash or by debit card or credit card VISA – MAESTRO – AMEX.
For advance bookings, payments can also be made online using the Pay Rider system.
